MUST I TAKE PART IN ALL CLASSES EVERYDAY TO SEE RESULTS?
No, you do not. Consult with our Factory Coaches to work out the right combination of classes that will work for you. Factors like; your age, body type, lifestyle, availability and your goals, will enable us come up with the optimal package of classes
SHOULD I ONLY FOCUS ON ATTENDING CLASSES TO SEE RESULTS?
Whatever your fitness or health goals are, there are other important issues to improve on as soon as you start exercising. A supportive diet/nutrition plus adequate sleep at the top of these list. Attention to these will accelerate your results.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO SEE RESULTS?
This will be determined by your level of compliance and consistency with your nutrition, sleep and training. Ultimately, human bodies are not exactly the same but it has taken most of our members between 8-12 weeks to see significant and sustainable results.
ARE GROUP CLASSES BEGINNER-FRIENDLY?
Our classes are designed to cater for beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness enthusiasts. However, we recommend that clients who need special attention or have special goals work with our coaches for customised sessions. That prepares them better for the group classes.
